Treatment recommendations are based on individual needs- this timeline is a suggestion based on developmental milestones.

2 weeks newborn adjustment + craniosacral therapy (CST) to support nervous system development + post birth + tongue or lip tie evaluation.

1 month check in for feedings/latching support + torticollis/head position preference + colic/digestion + reflux/spit up + tummy time.

2 months neck curve development + strengthening

4 months upper body strength + mobility + control, continued development of neck curve, sleep regression.

6 months upper body + shoulder strengthening, hip mobility to support rolling + crawling

9 months check for muscle tone, crawling, start of lower back curve formation.

12 months continued development of lower back curve.

15 months pelvic, hip + feet alignment, lower back curve development

Pregnancy Chiropractic Schedule
Chiropractic prenatal treatments & recommendation. Custom stretches, recommendations for labor + delivery, and webster technique included.
As the fetus grows during pregnancy, the musculoskeletal system is challenged by altered posture, muscle imbalances, and changes in spinal mobility. These changes may cause pain, difficulty with balance, and reduced activity.
Trimester #1

5-7 weeks- found out you are pregnant!

10 weeks- breast enlargement, tiredness, heartburn, nausea/vomiting

14 weeks- abdominal enlarges, round ligament pain
Trimester #2

18 weeks- abdomen stretching, ache, uterine ligaments stretch.

22 weeks- baby weighs about 1 lb.

26 weeks- feet and ankle may swell.
Trimester #3

30 weeks- hormone relaxin has increased joint laxity pelvis become more flexible, increased knee pain.

32 weeks- increased lumbar lordosis center of gravity shifts again. Baby weighs 4.3 lbs.

34 weeks- muscle of the lower back must assume much of the workload to maintain an upright posture as abdominal muscles & ligament of the pelvis stretch.

36 weeks- sciatica pain, baby weight 6.2 lbs.

37 weeks- pubic pain

38 weeks- abdominal tightening and/or contractions

39 weeks- chin pushes forward, slouching ribcage- breathing difficulties, pelvic tilts forward, strained abdominal muscles, knee strain, arches can flatten, leg cramping.
Post-Partum- ~1-2 weeks Breastfeeding posture repetitive sitting holding infant in arms, shoulder, and neck pain.
